Working Prototype

Unseen OS

A functioning local prototype for document memory, continuity tracking, action management, weekly review, and notice response.

Overview

Unseen OS grew from repeated patterns identified through earlier notice-response and continuity workflows. A local prototype exists, but production readiness, external users, and enterprise deployment are not claimed.

Challenge

Important information is often distributed across files, messages, deadlines, people, systems, and unfinished tasks. Losing one connection can create cascading risk.

My role

Product direction, requirements, workflow and information architecture, iterative prototyping, testing with synthetic or controlled inputs, and AI-assisted coding and documentation.

What I created

  • Local document-ingestion and organization workflow
  • Deadline, task, risk, person, and organization extraction concepts
  • Notice Response Mode
  • Continuity and open-loop views
  • Local storage and export approach
  • Prototype interface and development documentation

Outcome and current maturity

The prototype demonstrates a practical direction for turning fragmented records into a structured operating view. Further testing, security review, and product hardening remain necessary.
