Overview

Unseen Lifeline was developed through IBM SkillsBuild as an accessibility-centered product concept informed by real procedural barriers. The project is presented as an evaluated capstone and structured workflow, not as a deployed autonomous platform.

Challenge

High-stakes notices often combine dense language, strict deadlines, documentation requirements, fragmented evidence, and severe cognitive load. The failure mode is frequently procedural rather than a lack of underlying eligibility or merit.

My role

Problem definition, user and workflow research, product framing, architecture direction, prompt and interaction design, risk analysis, presentation development, and human review of outputs.
