## Current coordination conditions

1. **PCN-001, pedestrian phasing revision:** Approved for $38,000 and five calendar days. Commitment update is complete; schedule integration remains in progress.
2. **PCN-002, concealed corrosion:** Contractor quotation for $74,500 and eight calendar days is under technical and commercial review.
3. **PCN-003, night-work mitigation:** Contractor quotation for $21,200 is pending supporting breakdown and owner confirmation.
4. **Pay Application 002:** Held from routing because certified payroll and a conditional lien release are missing.
5. **Phase 1 milestone:** At risk until the concealed-corrosion direction is resolved.

## Operating rules demonstrated

- Learn and follow the approved procedure before suggesting changes.
- Maintain one visible owner, status, next action, and due date for each open item.
- Preserve source references and revision history.
- Separate administrative completeness from technical, contractual, and financial approval.
- Flag missing support before routing.
- Escalate exceptions with facts, impact, and a requested decision.
- Maintain closeout requirements throughout the project rather than waiting until the end.

## Four control lenses

- **Time:** milestones, dependencies, overdue actions, schedule effects, and decision dates
- **Money:** commitments, quotations, approved changes, invoices, retainage, and reconciliation
- **Safety:** required plans, pedestrian controls, work-hour constraints, and missing approvals
- **Quality:** revision control, technical source references, completeness checks, and turnover records
